We offer a wide range of CrossFit sessions throughout the week, while also including some variation with weightlifting sessions, longer endurance sessions, a FREE community class, a teen program in the summer, and an indoor cycling program in the winter.

Barbell Sessions

No burpees, no running, no timer… just simple no nonsense barbell training taught by our certified weightlifting coaches. No “bro-sesh” here either; you learn, practice and perfect your olympic and power lifting movements. This twice weekly class is perfect for newbie and experienced lifters alike. 

These classes are available as part of your CrossFit membership.

Mondays at 5pm & Saturdays at 9am


Teen Program

Our annual summer program is designed for the teenage athlete looking to improve their strength, agility and power through the summer allowing them to return to school sports in the fall ready to rock! This progressive program builds in intensity over 8 weeks in a safe and controlled environment perfect for learning and having fun. 

Additional fees required for this program.

Indoor Cycling

Every winter cyclists converge upon S:6 for our Pre-Season Trainer Series. Our famous 12-15 week progressive base training program uses both power and heart-rate designed around specific interval based training sessions based off each riders personal cycling ability.
