Our goal at Sessions:6 is to make our CrossFit classes available to everyone as quickly and safely as possible. You can begin your training in as soon as week one, and you will be welcomed into an environment where coaches provide you ongoing specific feedback to help you achieve your goals.
S:6 CROSSFIT COMMUNITY CLASS
Come join us any Saturday morning at 10AM for our FREE Community Class to experience your first CrossFit workout (no RSVP necessary). Our Community Class is designed for both novice and experienced “CrossFitters” alike. Our coaches welcome newcomers and enjoy taking first-timers through their first workout, while also briefly explaining our training philosophy and “how things work” at S:6.

Once assessed, you are ready for your three private/semi-private skill development sessions with one of our CrossFit Certified coaches. Here you will learn all the fundamental CrossFit movements and begin to hone your skills under the watchful eye of our coaches to make sure you are proficient in your technique, and help you gain the confidence you need before jumping into your first group training session.
Once you’ve completed your three skills sessions, you are ready to rock and roll! The remainder of your Fundamentals Month you are able to come as often as you like at our Unlimited Membership level. With this you can figure out what class times work with your schedule and how many days per week you want to train along with rapidly increasing your CrossFit experience.

Once you’ve completed your Fundies Month, it’s time to select your membership level. You have options of 2x a week, 3x a week, or our Unlimited membership. With your membership selected you are ready to start doing work!
