Founded in 2012 under the name All Pro CrossFit, Sessions:6 Sport Performance has evolved from a tiny “hole-in-the-wall” to an established training facility, located right off 6th Avenue at Garrison in Lakewood, Colorado.

Located off of 6th Avenue & Garrison in Lakewood, we have both an indoor and outdoor training space equipped with high quality and well cared for equipment. Inside you’ll find the cleanest CrossFit facility around, including ample parking, a comfortable lounge and a shower.

I’m no longer a skinny wimp. CrossFit has made me a better athlete.

Shaun is a lifetime athlete that has grown to be an experienced and passionate CrossFit coach that yearns to cultivate a strong CrossFit community at Sessions:6. He hopes to make a connection with and assist all members to achieve their fitness goals. Shaun started CrossFit in 2012, has coached for several years, and loves the positive impact CrossFit has had on so many people in his life.

The Good. The Bad. And the Ugly. We’ll let you decide who’s who.

Joe Fuentes

Joe grew up in the martial arts community through junior high, and played both soccer and basketball in high school. As an adult,  after being in the weight room on and off for years, Joe found himself to be “fit” by some standards,  but he felt he had been plateaued in his fitness for a really long time. He then tried CrossFit, and from his first taste he was hooked!

Joe recalls,  “In one of my first WODs, the entire community rallied around a struggling athlete and cheered her on as she pushed through.  That was a really cool moment for everyone there!”

Now in his early 30’s, with a wife, three children, and a demanding, yet vague government job (we think he’s a CIA spy), Joe claims, “I am faster and stronger than I every have been before! I love watching athletes hit new records, seeing skills come together and enjoy the camaraderie of our gym.”

Renee Putman

From gymnastics and track in junior high, to volleyball in high school and college, as well as over a decade competing in triathlon and running races, Renee has been involved in athletics of one sort or another for pretty much forever. Then, the year she turned forty, she picked up a barbell and it was love at first snatch!

An Advanced Weightlifting and Sports Performance Coach, Renee heads up our barbell club. Her coaching style emphasizes technique first, weight second, and her programming is chock-full of fun and challenging movements. Renee is also Crossfit Level 1 certified, so don’t be surprised if you see her coaching a “regular” WOD now and then.

When Renee’s not in the gym lifting to Tim McGraw, she enjoys hanging out with her significant other and their two girls, as well as taking care of the family zoo, which includes two cats, two rabbits, and a horse. Giddy Up!

Kaytie Berard

As an avid outdoors woman, Kaytie moved to Denver from Louisiana four years ago seeking big mountains and long hikes. Little did she know she’d end up a CrossFit phenom!

Growing up a swimming star through her childhood and high-school years, she has a great kinesthetic awareness of movement and she quickly became good at CrossFit (FYI: we think swimmers are the most well equipped athletes coming to CrossFit). Fitness has become a way of life for this young Denverite, as she is continuing her education in the field and becoming an outstanding coach.

Libby Noeth

Libby enjoys all things active. She grew up playing sports including college softball. Coaching became a passion of hers soon after. CrossFit came in her life in 2013 and she fell in love with the community, competition, and overall fitness. She even met her husband, Tyson, at a CrossFit box back home in Missouri! In 2016, she earned her CFL1 and has found great joy in helping others become the most healthy overall person they can. Fitness!
