New to CrossFit?

GETTING STARTED IS AS EASY AS  1, 2, 3…

Our goal at Sessions:6 is to make our CrossFit classes available to everyone as quickly and safely as possible. You can begin your training as soon as week one, and will be welcomed into an environment where coaches provide ongoing feedback to help you achieve your goals.

STEP 1:

S:6 CROSSFIT COMMUNITY CLASS

Come join us any Saturday morning at 10AM for our FREE Community Class to experience your first CrossFit workout. This class is designed for both novice and experienced CrossFitters alike. Our coaches welcome newcomers and enjoy guiding first-timers through their first workout 

If you liked what you experienced in the Community Class, then you are ready for Step 2!

STEP 2: 

FUNDAMENTALS MONTH

This step includes a private assessment to identify your current level of fitness, your fitness goals, and any previous injuries that may impact performance. With this information, our coaches can help you train and progress at the speed that is right for you.

Once assessed, you are ready for your three private classes with one of our coaches. Here you will learn all the fundamental CrossFit movements and begin to hone your skills under the watchful eye of our coaches. We’ll ensure you’re moving safely and help you gain the confidence needed to jump into your first CrossFit class.

Once you’ve completed your three sessions, you are all set! For the remainder of your Fundamentals Month, you are able to come to any of our classes as often as you’d like. Throughout this month, you’ll rapidly increase your CrossFit experience. You can also assess what class times work with your schedule and how many days per week you want to train.

STEP 3: 

CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Once you’ve completed your Fundies Month, it’s time to select your membership level. You have options of 2x per week, 3x per week, or an Unlimited membership.
